Shipping

Shipping charges apply on all orders at a flat rate of $14.50 plus GST.

An additional charge of $10 plus GST per carton will apply to big & bulky items, including Hot Cell Bags, Cold Cell Bags, Hair Nets.

Standard shipping times vary depending on your location.

As a default, your goods will be sent via Australia Post to the address you select on completion of your order.

All orders received prior to 2.30pm are picked and consigned each business day.

Order collection from the Profile Apparel warehouse in Brookvale (Sydney, Australia) is available upon request.

Return of Goods

Goods available on this ordering portal have been approved for sale by Domino’s Pizza Enterprises in accordance with Uniform Policy.

Customers can request a return of goods for replacement that are:

• Faulty or unsafe for use,
• Materially differs from the specifications of the approved product.
• Sent in error by Profile Apparel.

Goods returned for credit will not be accepted without the relevant Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly displayed on the outside of the package.

All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date.

Customers are responsible for all freight costs unless the returned goods were damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied.

Profile Apparel will not accept returns on goods that have been worn or used.

Claims for incorrectly supplied/short supplied goods must be notified to us within 5 business days of delivery to qualify for credit.

All other claims for replacement must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

All returns MUST be in the original supplied packaging and in re-sellable, folded condition … failure to comply may result in a repackaging fee being levied per item.

For customer-initiated replacement orders the appropriate shipping charges will be charged to the customer irrespective of the value of the original order.
